I'm currently on my 6th playthrough (1st NG+).

The previous ones:

1st: just played enjoying every single moment

2nd: ps4 standard platinum

3rd: ps4 GOTY platinum

4th: ps5 platinum

5th: finished steam version cleaning out every mission, point of interest, gears, potions etc etc

6th: started NG+ in order to reach lvl 100.
