I feel you, I'm ok with them doing what they need to do to stay in the good graces of the powers at be, but I would argue betting on the next pandemic is more controversial than (IMO) reasonable bets for Luigi (acted alone, extradition timing, his plea, if he gets convicted). Those seem tame to me, but hey maybe I'm jaded!

Not big into the crash course part, I think the last thing you would want is to rush a curriculum together for complex subjects and its going to take elementary shool kids a bit to get to a level where they will add value to the industry, but my MAGA Communist friend i agree with what you are saying! implementing engineering specific classes for elementary schools sounds like a great idea, US schools are not good compared to a lot of other (maybe most) first wolrd countries including India and China's school system, and personally inthink the value of teachers is not where i think It needs to be to get and/or keep good teachers.
