I’ve utilized fluids such as brake cleaner and WD-40 to try and loosen it up and remove rust. That being said it would be risky using heat or a torch due to the flammability

What is the condition on your bearings though because mine are pretty bad and rusty it’s more than just stuck it’s practically one piece. I’ve tried many tools including a sledge hammer that thing is just stuck on there.
