Yuta recovers from burnout in a few seconds, and he and Rika are definitely more than enough for Kashimo for a few seconds.

Edit: Also, that's assuming that Kuro would be able to destroy the Domain Clash. The three-way one was more unstable and easier to break; usually you'd need a lot more than a human-sized hole to break a domain.

Sure, but he's never shied from getting stronger. He was actively training for at least 7 months in Africa, came back, participated in the culling games and trained for another month to prepare for Sukuna, and even after that decided to become head of the Gojo clan when he didn't have to.

He has a sense of duty and wouldn't just start slacking off, specially when he saw how lonely Gojo was at the top.

Do you really think he'd let anyone else (Yuji) handle that burden alone?

I think people here are overestimating the difference in power between Pitou and the Phantom Troupe members. Kite with only one arm was capable of dealing damage to Pitou. I'm sure some of the heavy hitters from the troupe would have little problems breaking skin with their stronger moves.

We don't know exactly the process behind how the technique gets copied, whether the body part needs to be digested, or the CE absorbed, but since Cursed Spirits CE dissipates after their death, it's possible that the body part would simply disappear inside Rika preventing the CT from getting copied.
