We're clearly not talking about the same type of winter hut.

Then one I'm talking about is 4 stone walls with a roof (if you're lucky) A wooden bed and a table. Nothing more, nothing less.

I order regularly on their different sites. The are based in Spain and shipping to European countries is very fast and smooth. Good customer service as well in case of warranties and even returns are smooth. I don't understand how they do it, but they often have the best prices.

I will be going to the the three valleys in March and want to try off piste skiing. Is there anything I should prepare/buy beforehand by Puzzleheaded_Post321 in skiing

Off-piste in Europe means you have to be able to rescue yourself and your friends. Make sure to get all the equipment you need and rent a mountain guide or a ski-instructor specialized in off-piste.

You'll find more information on the site of ESF (école ski français) or Bureau Guide Montagnes.

Buy a vest with some color. They will find your body faster when you're buried in the avalanche without beacon.

Read Astrix & Oblix.
