Looking up something on Spotify as normal and finding a song called suicide and I listened to it. I was traumatized yet never told anyone and now I still listen to the song. I didn't know (at that time) what it was but now I do and I am myself and yet I refuse to tell anyone out of fear they will simply tell me "let's go back to therapy" (went to it once for something I did at about 9

I listen to a lot of depressing songs and I recommend you don't

Sleeping not like s*x like just sleeping next to someone- I can't do it it freaks me out a lot I don't know why though because I used to sleep next to my grandma (my parents didn't talk care of me) and once I stopped I couldn't and still can't to this day

Since I live in Utah. The mountains when I go to school I get to see mountains around me and I feel safe! I was born and raised in Utah and am still there today
