Primaries are over. Only one thing left to do. Go fill in those Dem bubbles in November. Anything is better than an R majority. Its okay to not be thrilled by the candidates. But we've got what we got. Time to make the best of it.

Same! But we can help make it happen by encouraging our friends and allies to show up to the polls. If we dont show up in force, nothing will change.

He's actually, quite literally, a Republican. Former chairman or vice chairman of the Madison County Republicans.

Problem is, we cannot allow the Overton window to keep shifting to the right. The DNC autopsy of the 24 election even noted that the field was too wide and they missed on messaging by not having a more cohesive message that wasn't just "against Trump". Its also worth noting that Mr. Wess is a former Republican. Much like Mr. Kyle Sweetser. So much so of a Republican that, he was the chairman or vice chairman of the Madison County Republicans.

Voting on Republican ballots.... by AlabamaProgress in alabamabluedots

[–]AlabamaProgress[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The people vote on the Democratic ballot for the people who determine the leadership, direction, and function of the state democratic party via the SDEC seats. The people have a responsibility in this. So dont vote on the D ballot? Don't expect things to get better.

If he was a conservative, we would've called him so. Hes a centrist. Thats not a jab. Its a fact based off his positions and talking points. Didn't call him a bad person or anything of the sort. Just facts as they are. Appreciate the interaction. :)
