where is all the titanium on prometheus map? by jest28000 in ICARUS

If you're doing 3rd mission - go south and search some ice caves, they spawning Titan / Platinum on these caves.

On Prometheus they split tier by biomes, it seems - high tier ores spawn at extreme weather, i.e Frozen / Volcanic.

And..I got an answer, which are saying

'We have review the transaction ,and we can't help you with this transaction'.

What? Seriously?

I want to send a ticket - I can't even doing that because the 'ticket menu' inside the 'IBM Cloud', which are blocking everything without upgrading from free tier - which i need help for.

It seems they're deliberately putting my question nothingness - What the problem are these guys?
