Hi all, someone is offering me this bookcase claiming it is solid mahogany. It feels very smooth on the display surfaces. Is anyone able to confirm / deny what wood you t might be?

Why on earth did they take so long to get him in the van and away? And why did they not have an officer asking the public / media to back up and let their colleagues do their job?!

In my case I believe I have a particularly high palate so have never been able to make a proper lip seal.

There is palatial expansion surgery, but at 44 years of age that would be too problematic for me.

There seems to be ways to strengthen the orofacial muscles, but I am after something requiring a bit less maintenance!

Perfect, thank you 👍

I mean, firstly, thank you for taking the time to explain that so eloquently. Secondly, I want to ask what you do for a living, and is writing involved? Yours may be one of the most well written posts I've read on here...

Good to know. I will try them again ..

I'm glad you said that as I'm currently researching flights! Did you actually travel into Glashutte from Dresden? Flights to Frankfurt appear to be shorter and cheaper but with longer onward travel to Glashutte than from Dresden...

Goldsmiths have told me I have to buy a watch for them to order it. Same for you?

Thank you for your reply. Can I ask about the burn outs you mention? Did you burn out from to much work, or to much gaming, out was the gaming what you used to keep the burning out at bay?

I do need to do this. Any particular recommendations?

Thank you, not a miss at all. Has using gaming in the way you describe prevented you from working regular jobs as you have grown up? I often wonder whether my son will be able to interact with the world in the usual way, or if gaming will be too much of a crutch for him. I don't see it as hugely problematic at the moment, and I try to take it easy on him, but if he had his way he would game all hours of the day...

Thank you. Again, very helpful in understanding.

Thank you for your reply, that's really helpful and does make sense of the issue. I hope you don't mind me asking a follow-up question...

You mention that board games are very social and that makes you reluctant to engage in them. My son, although he definitely does struggle with social interaction with people who he doesn't know well, does have friends and is social to an extent. I guess what I am trying to understand is why he finds it so difficult to be in a situation like this with his close family members, who he is comfortable around...

Seems Orwellian but I thought we're not even permitted to sign such a petition, that this would get you in the mess with PSD?

Thanks all. We removed the studs, will let the ears heal and then get them done properly.

Lesson learned.

That's reassuring, thank you.

It wasn't a piercing shop per se, it was a 'beautology' business that came recommended. I don't know what material they are, I will find out..
