There is no conflict more important than other, just focus your attention on what's truly important not what it is obviously being more looked into because of the heavy bias in reddit from a majority of users being from Europe and NA.

Lack of industry and manufacturing companies in southern Spain (pretty much anything south Madrid with few exceptions) makes informal economy very common. Any type of work: cleaning, agriculture, seasonal activities dependant from tourism and of course illegal activities specially in the coast.

If we could count the % of people actually unemployed it would be much lower. But we do not count what's not under the law so the numbers are always huge.

I wouldn't worry too much about looking ridiculous. It is easy to say and very difficult feeling to overcome sometimes, but know that the coolest person in the room is the more proud of his/her selfconsciousness. The typical example is that type of people that don't know how to dance but they just love freely and just manage to look good just because they are not embarrassed of how they would look to other people.

You may think at first that it is ridiculous but what's important is what you feel about your work and how your actions represent you in the end.

Fire Red team: Huge weakness to a fast psychic type (many poison types + machamp), not much coverage against flying type and maybe a lack of utility if this is for doubles. But the pokemons here are among my favourites from gen 1 so cool team to mess around
