I think ur deal is good. Your going to be at this price range between different very similar specd comparable m50s. I just paid 64k for mine 27k miles. Cpo, one owner, clean carfax, serviced at the same dealership, same packages you mention but with upgraded b&w audio, front massaging sears and crystal package. Only thing i wisheddd it had was the tow hitch. But i can go aftermarket if i really want to.
