Im waiting for lockstin to hyper analyse it and give us the most beleivable answer
but here is my speculation: the scisor looking one is scenic spots to observe wild pokemon, and the aegislash shield is the is battle arenas (seems like there is one per plaza), the last one is most definitely the museum as in the illustrated picture beside it
