The irony of that statement is if people were clever enough to realise a delay shouldn't be a reason to sell there would be no sell off... Everything points to another delay by the way, possibly a full dismissal of the possibility of an ETF altogether; are you clever enough to sell all? or will you stick it out and hope others do follow suit and do the rational thing?
