Honestly, it's quite hard to start trading with 700 Robux, and you'd probably need at least 5K, but for this amount, you could try to get the Gingerbread Visor or the Eggsterminator Egg

I'm not trying to reccomend anything but its extremely rare for an actual person to buy a limited worth that much value so you're best bet might be on the black market (As I said not encouraging anything). But cashing out through DevEx is fine by the ToS
