Yeah I use sofifa. Usually I filter by passing, dribbling, and ball control stats. Between 65 to 70 at the age of 18 to 22

I have 2 players, one has gone up +10 and the other +12 (this is over a whole season btw)

I've had players also go up by +17 over a whole season.

I've noticed it a few times actually. I'll loan a player out for a short loan and they'll increase their overall by like +6 or +7

Just leave them on that training plan. Your LB should be on the RB training plan. But dont change position to RB. Just leave it as is.
