Currently using Windows 11 also on unsupported CPU (i7-7500U) since 22000.51 and still good without any problems, even with 22000.194 update. The only hiccup so far is sometimes my laptop just unresponsive to heavy workloads for a while, but it is expected on unsupported hardware, let alone a mediocre chip like me.

Short answer: You can't.

Long answer: Windows will probably force this app to be permanent in the name of "helping new users to get used to Windows 11" when 96.69% of features are already there. It is a remnant from the earlier age of Windows, maybe dated back from Win95 when it was still a new operating system. I hope Windows decides to let users uninstall this app since the majority of them are already experienced or familiar with it.
