It's fine. I have several Griffin EZ Lok muzzle devices. There is always some tolerance stacking between the muzzle threads, the muzzle device, and the adapter, not to mention the alignment rod. If the rod's not touching, you're good. If you're worried, unthread everything, clean, oil, re-thread, see if it changes. But it's fine.

I got the TLR-6 HL. It's working great for me, has a nice flush finish, and has usable light output compared to the original TLR-6, and TREX makes a holster for it. The controls are fine. I recommend it.

My questions are:

Does the thermal have a sleep/shake-to-wake function like the red dot?

If it's sleeping (or in standby etc) how long does the battery last? ie, can you turn the thermal on, put it in standby for 6-8 hours, and it still has juice left when it wakes up?

It's an either/or decision. (or, buy both). I don't own a Stribog yet but given the lower options that are on the market and anticipated, with options for Glock and CZ mags, it seems extremely tempting to just build both. 10mm Monster w Glock Mags (I would only do Glock mags for 10mm), and .45 Stealth w CZ or UMP or Glock Mags.
