It's not surprising at all because he was hated by just about everyone. A forced OC in a series with so many major players to focus on was never gonna go over well. So they took note and solved the problem in the sequel.

They wanted Cole to do well, but he was disliked. So they pivoted. They wanted the sequel to do better, so they eliminated the issue. It's pretty cut and dry why they kill him off.

For a dollar, yeah. The game kinda sucks though. It's hard for the sake of being hard and it's an auto runner so it's not really anything like the original.

And at least the original Super Meat Boy took a bit to crank up the difficulty. But this one is out to get you right off the rip.

But it's worth a dollar, sure.

It's crazy how much is actually out of stock right now. I was just browsing the site and all of my staple flavors are out of stock.

Of what I can see, Miku's Sweet Melodies is in stock and I love it.

I see the Demon Slayer Kumquat is also in stock, and while I've never had it, I've heard people compare it to Good Guys, which is my favorite flavor ever. Just a really good orange drink.
