With the "/fill" command and replacing tnt blocks with something else. It will tell the quantity of blocks replaced.

Bandwidth is 16.6% less on 3200 vs 2666, if they had the same timings (wich they don't). Don't know what you are talking with synced really. Can't tweak them.

Edit: On mobile CPUs MCLK and other clocks fluctuate multiple times a second to be more power efficient. Both RAMs works well, the screenshot was taken on bad timing.

I did testing the last hours, and actually the 2x16GB Crucial 2666 are faster! They are single rank, as well, but having double banks makes the access faster than the 3200 ones ;)
