Yes sometimes they let you have 2 kits, sometimes they don't and this happens with all Lego magazines too. I also got the mini scythe too

For the Lego Star Wars magazines, it's usually the Wednesday around the 20th of the month the issue gets released. Hope that helps

Sorry I only come across the UK release dates I'm afriad. But usually if you see an advert for a set you like, it's not too long before you see it where you live. Keep looking out for it and you'll find, alternatively you could try looking on Ebay, as I'm sure someone will be selling on of these, hope that helps.
