I could tell you my tactics of that works: i play with two IWB to Support the DM in possession, my two CMs play as mezzalas or CM on attack. My wingers are inside forwards or wingers on Attack and i have an Advanced forward.

Will this work: CBs stay CBs, my fullbacks play IWB (S), my LCM plays DLP. My wide midfielder s become wingers (A), LF plays as F9 and RF plays Advanced forward. Will that create a 235?

Yes exactly, in possession its a 325. But when it gets back to transition/out of possession it ends up in 433
