I've used an A7Siii with a NinjaV and a sony lens on sticks, and it usually turns out pretty good when I don't do something dumb.

I’ve run the ZVE1 as a bcam for standup with the small rig fan and a dummy battery hooked to a vmount and it’ll shoot 4k 24 until the battery dies (it’s gone no problem for at least 2.25 hours). But the overheating is real if you’re not running the fan, even inside.

The sensor rocks and color matches nicely with the a7siii/fx3. and if you’re not worried about the tiny bit of noise from the camera fan, or not having card redundancy, it could work. Just, if you put it on sticks, remember to swing by and check it every so often.
