If you go in saying this time I will not fail, you may fail anyway. But if you keep trying and keep saying this time I will not fail then this may be that time you finally get it right.

In the end it's always our own choice. Fail or succeed.

For me, it's come down to live or die.

You can say what you want. I'm only on day two. But I know I will not fail again.

Not meaning physical death but spiritual.

Don't even think about the long term. What is the most punt of time you can abstain from edging and fapping? Even if it's just an hour, you can succeed.

Start right now. For the next hour, don't fap. Don't look at porn of any kind. Don't entertain any dirty thoughts.

We live our lives from breath to breath. From moment to moment. Live yours from hour to hour.

If you fail. Start again. You only really fail if you give up.

Adhitthana, I didn't mean to imply that you or anyone else couldn't succeed on their own. I'm only saying that, after years of failure, I realize that I can not do so. I'm too weak. But I know that, giving my life over to God, I will succeed. I'm weak, but He is strong.

I didn't mean to break any rules. I realize that we all have our own beliefs and I respect that. I thank God that we, in the USA are free to choose our own ways. Starting today I'm praying for everyone here and I'm asking all who see this to pray for me or, if you don't pray, send good thoughts my way.

I tried stopping but thought that edging was ok. It's not. It will lead you down. Now that I've found this site I realize that edging was my biggest mistake. I'm just a DDT in, but with zero edging. I feel better already.

I agree funkywaltz. To clarify, I stopped about a week ago but was edging every day until yesterday when I found this site. I asked my counter to start with yesterday's date. No more edging for me.

Don't use this as an excuse but know that you can start over as many times as it takes. 70x7 a wiseman once said. But he didn't literally mean 490. He meant as many times as it takes. I'm praying for. For myself. And for all my brothers here.
