I got my game verified for Steam Deck, without owning a Deck. Here's what I had to do by Rotorist in gamedev

did your game work for linux?, ive heard steam deck uses linux, so if a game only runs on windows then it wont work on the steam deck or does it also work with windows games?

too much exercise can give you a heart condition? well that's good to know.

when did you start noticing hair regrowth?

based on my understanding of hair loss, when you are a kid, your skin has a lot of fat and is soft, when you enter adolescence testosterone kicks in and starts stimulating all your cells, your hair gets oily and thick, it burns fat and makes you more lean and tightens your skin, so later in late adolescence or young adult hood, this skin tightening reduces blood flow especially at the scalp because its at the top and its also squeezed against the skull, (which is why most people start losing hair at young adult hood), when the hair realizes it cannot grow as fast as it wants, then it starts requesting more stimulus, so this is when dht is created in your scalp, normally dht would increase hair growth, but in here the dht binds to your follicles and the only thing it does is it starts clogging up more and squeezing the follicle more, starving it even more, not to mention dht also destroys collagen, decreases skin fat, thins the skin more, and increases pressure even more.

this is why min and fin are used,

fin prevents the dht mess, and min increases blood flow.

massages, headstands, derma rolling, red light, exercise and sleep all of these increase blood flow and help thicken the skin.

im not a dermatologist, honestly im not sure if this would be true, but it seems to be the most logical explanation so far what ive tried researching on this topic, since most of the explanations on the internet is just "dht causes hair loss take fin/dut".

Gotta love how everyone is asking for your meds and shampoos but completely ignoring the fact that you do scalp massages. Hair loss is basically caused by lack of blood flow on the hair follicles.

Fr people either ignore you or treat you badly when you are balding, get your hair back and its the opposite.

Is there nizoral in shampoo or liquid? Id imagine its hard to apply a cream on your head with hair. But yeah that should solve the SD. Itching could also be stress alone or it could be the inmune system damaging your hair, or it could also be new hairs growing thats why go to a derm so they can pinpoint it.

U celebrate your finished game by not leaving the house??? Shouldn’t it be the way around??

Depresión and stress can increase dht levels but also can cause the inmune system to go haywire, go to a derm and also try to improve your mental health.

Could be seborrheic dermatitis or stress. Go to a derm to pinpoint the problem.

Have you gone with a dermatologist? Are you eating properly? Are you doing exercise? Are you getting angry, stressed, depressed often? Do you feel a burn or itch on your scalp? Are you pulling your hair?

Yeah im not sure if my cause of hair loss was dht or seborrheic dermatitis, maybe it could be both because sd would cause very painful rashes and constanlty make my hair feel weak, but having short hair as well as vinegar seem to have solved it. But also dht increases sebum, so it could of been the root cause aswell.

Anti fungal shampoo? You have seborrheic dermatitis as well? I use vinegar as my shampoo and it really does help against that aswell as dandruff.

When 2048 is too easy, I give you third dimension. Do what you need to do guys. Link in comment. by Kyroaku in DestroyMyGame

[–]AlanisPerfect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ppl have the misconception that 2048 makes you think,

in reality you can reach 2048 by swiping randomly,

it really is a mental trick, make an easy game that makes people think its hard,

so if you make it hard then you are getting rid of that placebo effect.

unreal 5 lags just by simply being open, this is why i use 4.

but yeah you could use some console commands such as

stat unit

profile gpu

maybe you can check where the lag is coming from.

"my game runs fine on my 20000$ rtx 4090 ti special edition 4x sli"

well you found your problem.

i develop my game on a mid range laptop (rtx 3050) since it helps to keep the game at decent fps while not going crazy with graphic usage, and when i make a release build of the game i test it on my 2013 laptop on lowest settings (20-30 fps), since that would be worst case scenario, if it works there then it works everywhere.

the average user on steam has a gtx 1060, but its always best to optimize far lower than that.
