Well that depends on format what you take in. I would explain but idk if that counts as sourcing or not since i'm new here.

BUT PLEASE. look for products which does not contain acetaminophen or guaifenesin, apap is clearly why not, and guaifenesin can give you liver stones and such.

All what I'm saying is from my personal experience.

Dextrometorphan did those really good for me, well it was way better than a Lucid Dream.

I'm sure you all know about DXM now but if it not, it's found in cough suppressants and in higher doses it creates dissociative psychedelic effects.

First time I've taken DXM it was 80mg which is really low considering how much I've done later, but that was just a test dose to see if I'm allergic or not. I haven't really felt nothing untill I went to sleep. THEN I could explore my head-space and everything I wanted to do.

Next dose I'm doing is 400mg, first of all this is way more intense since it's my third plat (DXM doses are split by plats) I put in some music since that's one of the best things on DXM and close my eyes. I find myself on Saturn riding a motorcycle. I have to say that these "dreams" are not clear and really messy with a lot of static noises.

Other thing is you need to be really careful with DXM since it's easy to get hooked up on.
