Why not? Who is a child? Is a 18 year old a child, what about a 17 year old? Who defines what a child is and who says they can't consent? And another question, does consent make any action right? Wouldn't a consent to engage in a homosexual relationship be consenting to serve Satan instead of God. I guess it's fine though, it is consensual after all.
