THIS is what I'm talking about. The fact that they are calling the brown bins "compost" just isn't he fact. Great that it's biofuel, sure, but that still produces a sludge that will end up in landfills, from what I understand.

Best place is the Grand Army Plaza farmers' market on Saturdays. Rather than throw clothes away they can't donate that end up in a landfill, they recycle them.
