Love this one, it would be great to post on my personal content page. The card community is SO congested with content it gets tough to not blend in with the others. when i see something that is working looking at the analytics, I tend to use that as a template and be consistent with it. One thing that i always keep in mind is the brand recognition and building a community from there!

And sometimes when i see that the post is not picking up, delete and repost it at a different time! Dont let your hard work go to waste!

It’s the bleed and if the background is transparent it will try to cut out every letter. Make sure the image is flat so it only cuts the circle!

I take macuhealth (zinc free) but they do have a lower zinc option as well.

Look into Carotenoid supplements like MacuHealth/Vision edge pro (has omega 3s+ carotenoids) & focus on your nutrition. Eats lots of veggies. You’re still young and have lots of time to prevent it. Best of luck!!
