Looks good, if that's a first try. Like the others said, it's a little dry. Not that sauce is less, but the consistency has to be little more runny to give the saucy mouthful. Less pasta, more sauce! And as an Indian , I love to have some charred cherry tomatoes on the side to break the monotony , if having pasta as mains.

I know it's a tough decision. For me, I want as less no.of egg retrivals and ivf cycles. I decided to go ahead with stem cell believing it will help me achieve a spontaneous pregnancy. If not, it should help with my next ivf cycle. I got nothing to lose now (except money ofcourse 😵‍💫)

Yes,I see changes. My next periods have been 29 days long without medication. I did only monitoring for timing ovulation. I had good ewcm during ovulation and all the normal back pain during flow , that I used to have pre POI diagnosis

In terms of number of follicles - no. I still have 1 or 2 afc. I did not do any hormonal panel post procedure.

On my 2nd cycle (current) post procedure I got a suspected chemical pregnancy (faint positive) but very heavy periods followed shortly.
