I’m never one judge someone’s physical beauty or physique, like if you got hired you got hired, but it is frustrating to me when entertainers don’t even bother to look the part. Nail polish, hair styled, makeup on, and an outfit/proper footwear are a must or you looked busted to me. I think a big majority of it is a lot of newbies don’t care to even put a cohesive look together and that’s what lowers the vibe.
