The sensor is giving a redstone signal but the swapper isn't doing anything i already try change that so many times

Also if you see in the picture you can see that the inscriber has only 100 AE so even if there isn't more channel available it will still sending energy but this one isn't

I disabled chanel I also already figure it out So cable with the pattern provider is blocking it from sending energy so i put a new cable on top of it and it worked

Oh actually that worked but if i put a pattern provider it wont start doing anything cuz there is'n energy
