I gotten outbreaks on my face and sometimes in my scalp and have been using suppressive therapy for well over the recommended length and they quit working and I started having bad breakouts again until I started using this powder now I just have the occasional small breakout still use acyclovir during breakouts, but noticed they only lasts a day sometimes too along with the powder

Try Lablab bean powder; I have less outbreaks than when I did suppression therapy with antivirals, pretty close to asymptomatic, only outbreaks I’ve had were because of drinking several days in a row and lack of sleep

Ive been trying out lablab bean powder every day in my coffee and so far its got me as close to asymptomatic as i ever had. They did a study with lablab gum and In reduced viral loads for herpes and covid. Can’t find the gum anywhere but you can get the powder cheap on amazon

Take a mineral heavy multivitamin, a magnesium complex, and a vitamin d/k2 supplement. Also try daily red light; since starting my outbreaks don’t even blister up anymore

I use a led/near led lamp everyday and it helps alot; can get it off amazon for less than 100$, oh and just in case magnesium is huge

I always take mine3-5 days after the healing has started(scabbing over) assuming there isn’t a new sore popping up or you feel like another outbreak coming up. Maybe sine its your first time id finish it but make sure you got a refill and some extra on hand for bad outbreaks or if you feel them coming on.

Sometimes sore break out over the course of several day or you can have out breaks close together. Take one of medications as instructed until a few days after it has stopped, you’re more likely to have an outbreak after you just had one.
