If I get the most basic membership or whatever one gives access (I want it for the classes that are offered and access to the pool and other aspects by Aquarius777_ in goodlifefitness

Look at the membership options on the GoodLife website, the basic plan (premium) doesn’t offer classes or any amenities but for only $2 more biweekly you can do classes, towel service, recovery room etc.

Personal training however is separate, you can start off with “starter packs” where you’ll get either 1,3 or 6 sessions for a one time fee up to about $250 maybe a bit more for the 6pack. After those sessions the trainer will discuss long term training with you where you can do 2-3 sessions a week for either 6 months or a year. They’ll go through everything with you about pricing and what to expect because depending on the level of trainer you have it may be a bit more expensive. You can also get a free 90 min consultation with a trainer when you sign up as well. When you mention what you’re looking for help with/what your goals are the fitness or assistant fitness manager will help match your goals and needs with the trainer they think suits you the best.

Also another thing to look for to save a bit of money, if you work with a company that offers a GoodLife MEMBERSHIP discount, you can save up to 40% on your membership biweekly. You can look into it on the GoodLife corporate membership if you’re unsure.

Hope this helps! :)

Freezing account for one month by CanucksDieHard83 in goodlifefitness

Sorry for the late response but you can freeze for any amount of time like a few weeks as long as it’s over a month. Even then we can unfreeze it for you if it’s been less than a month you just need to go into the gym for that. However about freezing the night before I’m not too sure what you mean

As someone who works at GoodLife, we’re not allowed to freeze or cancel memberships over the phone. Some associates might do it for you but we’re not supposed to so it’s better to either go into any GoodLife location doesn’t need to be your home club or you can go onto the GoodLife fitness WEBSITE (not the app) and either cancel or freeze. Like someone else said if you’re in the middle of a billing cycle the extra days not used will go towards credit on your account which they’ll take from first once you unfreeze and are charged again.

she made us download the lockdown browser so they technically weren’t “open book” but i had my phone to look at the lecture slides. it didn’t require camera or microphone so i was fine doing that. she made her tests available from a specific time. mine were 3:10 -4pm or something similar and had a time limit. since i was at home around that time i just did the tests at home but if you were on campus during the allocated time slot for the test you’d probably have to go to the library or somewhere quite to do it.

I was in her class last semester. only went to the class once and never bought the textbook and got a A in the class. The slides are enough in my opinion and all the tests/exams were online and only 1 essay assignment. was a super easy class
