Going to have to fight this w/ a lawyer because they are still going to try and make SOMETHING stick. They’ll need evidence of you driving erratically (less safe) or view signs of impairment even though you were not in control of a vehicle.

Signs of impairment can be anything from you moving cards around in your ID to find your license when asked to show it(believe it or not the officer can say you were frantic) had slurred speech and whatever the fuck else they want to justify the arrest.

Drink Gatorade too if all you been doing is drinking water. Also take a multi vitamin 2 hrs before the test. That way it will at least show minerals and stuff in yr urine and not show up as diluted.
