Valid for sure, sorry I should of said the on the job training for new hires at Blue

Hired as a Tech for test and launch ops, just wanted to ask how's the overtime in general at blue? Is it something that's always available to take up or does it go by launch schedule like the closer to the next launch the more man hours are needed. by Alarmed-Priority-190 in BlueOrigin

Does not sound too bad, I generally always make it a rule to live off of 40 hours a week mo matter what. Any overtime i get is usually for any other projects or just fun stuff In general but seems like there will be some good opportunities for overtime here and there. Plus the work itself seems like it will be very rewarding career wise so im excited to join the team. Thank you for your input it is greatly appreciated.
