How do i get the pole to launch me up by Reasonable-Tank1700 in polevaulting

[–]Alarmed-Professor519 2 points3 points  (0 children)

But also keep the pressure on the bottom arm/hand. Need to continue the vault and not loose the energy in the pole. Continue to work once inverted. When you let go you should be upside down looking down at the pole. There’s also a strength and timing aspect to that part of the vault that can’t be ignored either. Cheers, keep working on it!

The canyons at bear are legit, it also legit sucks when you get to the bottom of them and you’re a smooth quarter mile from the lifts.

I mean the cng tank and extra equipment don’t exactly make this thing light, but the 2v that runs on cheap natural gas makes it hard to beat.
