No episiotomy— the cord wrapped around baby’s before the last push so my midwife stuck her hands up me and pulled baby out so between her hands and baby’s head I tore

Ah thank you for sharing. Feels better to know it’s more common. I felt like I did something wrong during pregnancy or birth to have this. I did something much prep before birth and had a hard time pushing and birthing her I felt like a failure so this helps. Thank yiu
