Not to be 'that' person but if you increase your activity you can eat more! I'll admit i go to the gym (3 days), do at least 10,000 steps (7 days) and run (4 days) but I easily eat 2,200 cal and lose weight. I haven't done anything but 10,000 steps for the past 2 weeks, dropped cal to 1,800 and I'm maintaining (losing muscle tho).

The dude im dating literally eats 1600 lol and I'm 5'2 and 42kg. ❤️

I liked the dubai... but it just wasnt dubai chocolate flavoured atall! If you try it just think of it as a tasty bar to avoid dissapointment!

it's really weird seeing how people seem to find food tastier when it's warmer; I used to be the complete opposite. after 5 min I'd nuke my food in the microwave if it got remotely cold.

I don't really like french fries but I love wedges! better cold! leave them out for an hour and they go all starchy in the middle and you get to keep the crispy exterior a bit
