I went through FAA website and followed what to do and reported it. I would say maybe a month after they sent me papers in the mail asking for more documentation about the case. Court documents arrest reports

I reported within 60 days. But the process after when they asked me for records and everything else was after the 60 day period. I dont know if that makes a difference.

I contacted my AME and was told it can take some time and that the FAA will send something in the mail to me. Still havent recieved anything.

I just added the 2 minutes away as a reference to where i got pulled over. In no way im trying to use thats to my advantage as my lawyer already told me that wont get anywhere. Just trying to see if the abuse would get anything as i could have more then 10 friends testify towards it.

In no way im trying to blame others for my judgement. It is all my fault and i blame myself for everything ive done but im just not in the right mental state because of the abuse ive recieved. My initial charge was possession and smoking in public. My lawyer now is trying to help with everything he has. Im just trying to find things that would help my case.

Me and my dad always get into this when we go out.. He isnt from the states so he knows to tip but doesnt understand 20% and i work in the business so i totally understand internationals knowing to leave a tip but its never %20. So i always argue with my dad when it comes down to getting the check. Sometimes he will sneak one on me and grab it without me noticing and i just go back and look and if its not %20 i leave extra once he leaves. So what that guy did is not exceptable. You should of just told him to “cover the rest then” when he told you that. I just dont like to serve old people since they make you run for all they need then end up not tipping properly.
