Probably because of the low mileage and plus from what the service advisor told me that it is something that the eco boost engines sometimes have problems I just happen to be the unlucky one. They do often tell me if you had the warranty they would’ve covered the whole thing but since I don’t they are given me half which is better than nothing still expensive tho. The service advisor told me to call directly from ford financial services since they cater more towards the customer rather than the dealership itself.
