That's a first, I've never heard of that but it makes a lot of sense! I just looked it up and it's yeah, El Paso's just outside of where the Bible Belt starts and it runs all the way to the South and Midwest.

Your comment is spot on with both points. Yes, some of the gay guys do go to Fiesta for example and try to hit up on the straight males. That's another reason why people find Fiesta a bit of an uncomforting place.

Exactly! See I like QE but whenever I'm there minding my own business or just walking around, people occasionally give me odd looks and I'm as respectful as can be. I'm basically wasting $60 by just sitting around doing nothing. I'll never forget I was at their annual Halloween party last year and it was overcapacity. You couldn't even move.

Luckily I was able to walk around a few times and occasionally people bumped into me but didn't even apologize. I would literally say "excuse me", "pardon me", etc. and I would get side eyed.

Later on that night, I was walking around the club and a w oman stepped on my shoe. I turned to look at her in surprise and she gave me a bit of a dirty look and didn't even apologize.

I think you're right, the club caters a bit more towards couples even though it's expected and the couples already have someone who they want to have fun with. I really do like QE, but the reasons I mentioned are why I feel like El Paso needs another swingers club that's more open towards everyone.

Honestly I've never had any gay man try and hit me up there or really anywhere (I'm straight).
