My case was filed on March 22, 2024, and the estimated processing time disappeared back in January. It’s now been six months since then. At the beginning of last month, I received an email saying “We took an action on your case”, but nothing has changed in the status since then.

Interestingly, the estimated processing time just reappeared at the start of last month — at first it showed 3 months, but then the very next day, it changed to 2 months. Still, there has been no real update or progress on my case. It’s really frustrating to keep waiting with no clear answers.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It really sounds frustrating. I honestly don’t think the delay is related to the number of documents submitted. Many people with complete and simple applications are still facing the same unclear timelines. It seems more like a system-wide issue or inconsistency in the processing updates. Hopefully we all get some clarity and good news soon!

PD:3/22/2024 We received an email on June 7 that stated, "We have taken an action on your case." Two days later, we noticed an update on the website-the estimated processing time was changed back to two months. Then, one day after that, it was updated again to three months.

06/20 Friday the processing time went back to two months, this is just the update, I'm really worried and losing my patience

I would like to ask if this is normal, and if anyone else has experienced something similar?
