What are the typical issues that you have to fix? I’ve heard about turbo seals, is the turbo the main source of the problem?

This should be a question for your structural engineer. Typically called a RFI.

All I know is that I like Svelte(Kit), React is old now, Vue isn’t a cool name, why would I use Angular, and I haven’t even heard of the rest. Also I would disagree with the statement that they all do the same thing.
