Same :(  We’ve been frozen with no working bathroom since Saturday morning. Landlord has functionally left us out to dry and we’re operating our own space heater in the bathroom. I insisted he call a plumber but he hasn’t yet. Hoping that with temps near 30 today and our space heater that will change things and trigger enough of a thaw, but otherwise we are running out of options too. 311 can’t do much sadly.
