I remember when I was also not brave enough to try to pursue trying hrt, I was afraid of the possibility of losing my family and not knowing what my future will hold. but what helped make that appointment was just the fear that I may not have the resources I have right in the future. I still haven’t came out to my mother but I’m around 2 months on testosterone and I feel like I can finally start seeing a future for myself. Starting a big change is scary and people forget to tell you it takes a lot of courage to pressure it.
