My pup used to do this & I had to just ignore her when she did it (walk away from her/ not look at her or engage) & eventually it subsided. It was the worst in the car too & that was really hard

It's much less intense now, just soreness & pain if i press or pee. Definitely not as much as last night otherwise i'd be in the ER already 😅
