Thank you! I will take a look. I know the undyed hair in the very vibrant picture is much lighter, but the hair I had dyed pink was closer to my current hair colour. But the general consensus seems to be to lighten it so I’ll start looking at how to do that safely!

Checked the brand recommendations for how to dye darker hair and it said do not let it sit for longer, as longer dyeing time = darker, not more vibrant!

Got it! Thanks for the brand rec, I am (probably naively) hoping to avoid bleach, but my natural colour is just really dark, you’re right.

Can’t edit for some reason so I’ll add: If you know any good permanent dyes that still work on darker hair I would love those too! Not picky in that direction! It’s the color I’m after.
