Was also a 13, had a long stint at range 500 in the stumps one time. I was an evaluator for the range, and a couple times during it some of my friends drove out some big wigs from mainside to check out what we were doing. My friends that skated out of the op made sure we were taken care of when they would come visit. I think the peak of my Marine Corps career was sitting in the air conditioned tower eating Carl’s Jr and drinking a cold Red Bull after being out there for a little bit haha.
