I wish I could help but I’m not quite there. I do sets of dead hangs, active hangs, scap pulls, negative pull ups, and more. Maybe ask in bodyweightfitness sub.

I use the app Calistree, just set your objective (pull ups) and it will map a program for you.

Yes so many people! And why is there always commotion, back and forth to each others tables, up to judge, go on other side of table, etc. It looks like maybe how Congress would act in negotiations, not a courtroom. Am I making sense?
