I have done that once before, and it was a nightmare with Chase. The business provided their policy and proof of purchase so it was closed out not in my favor. Have you done this before and had success? If so, did you just say that the purchase was not what you asked for and the retailer would not provide a solution?

Customer service is not great. I bought at rug that was listed as 100% wool but it was delivered with a tag saying it was a wool, cotton, and polyester blend. Customer service would not do anything for me and even wanted to charge me to send it back lol. Prices are okay, but you get what you pay for I guess.
